DIAMINE will be playing a short set at the d.c. space reunion party at The Atlantis on November 30, 2025.
d.c space was a restaurant, bar, performance space, art gallery, and artist studios located at the southeast corner of 7th and E streets NW from 1977 to 1991. This reunion party at The Atlantis celebrates the “good old days” downtown, with rock, punk, jazz, spoken word, film, visual art and more, reviving and remembering a vibrant time in D.C.’s cultural history. In keeping with past d.c. space reunions this event will be a benefit, this time for local radio stations WOWD-FM and WPFW-FM.
On September 5th Superbad Records will release the Digital EP, The Dusters 1996-97.The 5-tracks on this EP were originally released on the The Capitol City Dusters' first 7" single, Forest Fire b/w Seventeen (1996) and on their follow-up 10" EP Split with the Most Secret Method (1997).
All tracks were remastered by TJ Lipple from the original source tapes, which were restored and digitally transferred by Ian MacKaye and Don Zientara at Inner Ear Studios. These versions of the songs have never before been released on digital formats. The EP will be made available on Bandcamp and on the usual Streaming services.
DIAMINE will be playing at the Pedal Pushers bike shop in Severna Park, MD with Sensor Ghost, Bantam Draper, and Curious Hair on Saturday August 23, 2025. Doors are at 6:30pm.

The debut album from DIAMINE, Ancient Riffs, is now avaialable on Superbad Records in collaboration with Dischord Records and BCore Disc (Barcelona). The album is available on vinyl (red), via download, and on the usual streaming services. Dischord Records is selling the LP and also fulfills the vinyl orders on Bandcamp.
DIAMINE will play a record release show with Bed Maker and Jacob Bennett on Saturday April 26 at Comet Ping Pong in Washington, DC. The band will have advance copies of their LP, Ancient Riffs, available for sale at the show. Pre-sales begin for the album on March 25th and the album gets a full-release on May 9, 2025.
We try to make our releases as widely available as possible but please note that Dischord and Bandcamp are by far the most respectful to artists and labels when it comes to actual payment. Streaming services are convenient for listeners but they do almost nothing for the artists other than offer their platform.
